1. I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times depend on your location, and most product pages display estimated shipping times. If no timeframe is listed, expect delivery within approximately 2-4 weeks.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has shipped.
2. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there’s a problem?
We guarantee a full refund for defective or damaged items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount. Please include your name and order number with the returned package.
Note: If your order is still in transit, you must wait for delivery before initiating a return.
3. Can I cancel my order?
We generally do not allow order modifications, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed, except in rare circumstances.
4. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you provided an incorrect address due to a typo or autofill error, please reply to your order confirmation email within 8 hours of placing your order to notify us.
Address changes cannot be processed after 8 hours, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect submissions.
5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Most product pages include estimated delivery windows. If no timeframe is specified, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
