We take pride in our strict quality control to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. But if you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns or exchanges for new, unworn items with tags attached.

Got a problem? Inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us immediately so we can fix it!

Return/Exchange Guidelines
To keep things smooth, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Get Authorization First
Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery for a return/exchange approval and shipping address. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

2️⃣ Quality Issues Only
We accept returns for defective items only. Minor color/size variations due to screens or handmade processes are normal.

3️⃣ Keep It Pristine
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged, with original packaging (e.g., hygiene seals intact). Stains, makeup, or signs of use will result in refusal.

4️⃣ Ship It Smart

Use your local post office to avoid extra fees.

Include the return authorization form in your package.

You’re responsible for lost/damaged returns, so keep your tracking number!

No C.O.D. returns.

5️⃣ Refund/Exchange Timeline
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you and process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

6️⃣ Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: You cover shipping fees (cost depends on the carrier).

Our mistake (wrong/damaged item): We’ll pay for return shipping.
